| With the development of our preschool educational reform,people have realized that "the best hope of improving the educational practice is to make our teachers become owners of their mind and reflection"."If we don't pay more attention to our thoughts,maybe our action will be out of order,....Reflection is a mark of not only an individual 'full development,but also the group's"."Teaching reflection" has already been the key way of developing our preschool teachers' specialties.The concept of teaching reflection of a preschool teacher is that according to certain views of value,a preschool teacher thinks over and criticizes their own teaching practice by means of modalities of experience,sentiment,apocalypse in order to improve teaching benefit and their diathesis.Teaching reflection always stems from teaching practice.The rich of practice and the action of main body make the multiplicity and single of teaching reflection.Every preschool teacher's practical experience is single,not to be copied,which makes it rarity.So qualitative research is the first,but quantitative research is the second.I construct the main frame of my thesis from what the reflection is to my reflection of what the reflection is.In Part Two,what is the reflection is shown in the following three parts:What do they reflect---the teaching action,their practical wisdom,routine;How do they reflect---self reflection,colleague's argumentation,children's feedback and parents' feedback etc;Why do preschool teachers reflect their teaching practice in this way.In Part Three,I reflect what the reflection is in the following three parts:The level preschool teachers' reflection;The content of preschool teachers' teaching reflection;The uttermost representation of preschool teachers' reflection.At present, the level of preschool teachers' teaching reflection is technical.The content of preschool teachers' teaching reflection is apparent----"telling a story",not to excavate the concealed hypostases---rationalized practical experience,which leads to overrun of formalism,deviation between preschool educational theory and practice,tautology of preschool educational reformation.According to what the reflection is,I advise constructing kindergarten spirit atmosphere that is good for preschool teachers' teaching reflection by means of going from intention to activity.By realizing transformation of guidance tactic and perfecting kindergarten rules and regulations,we can make preschool teachers' teaching reflection run orderly.Our own experience and lecture or others' is only used as a mirror which can reflect what we are doing when we are at work.The action of photocopy in the mirror ourselves,however,has been decided by us.So kindergarten teachers wilt have boosted the level of their teaching reflection by improving their own whole diathesis in their teaching practice. |
