The suggestions for further improving the civicethics of the young person from the state council of the people's republic of China .It pointed out in the suggestion that the young person will be the erector of the future and the successor of the socialism which have the Chinese specialities.There is 0.367 billion young person under 18years in our country at present. The ethos conditions of the generation realted with the whole quality of Chinese nation even our country's future and our nation's destiny . The high school student is between 15 and 18 years old. For the graduates in 2004 and 2005 and the grade three of the high school students, they were almost born in the middle or at the end of the 1980's. The common mideas is becoming more and more developping with the future development of the reform and open policy of China . The common media is the procuct of the developing society and vice vercia. It effects in a wide range so that every social researching area have to consider the effectionb from the common media.For the school education on morality,the media effects the student's a lot ,such as the thoughts about the world and the life and value.It forms the value enviroments of the school and builds the educated objects. The high school student is one group which is easy to be effected deeply by the medias due to their age and mentality .So it really makes realistic sense on education to research the effects of the common media . It brings diffrents of effection to our students by different types of media. We should understand the ethos condition of young school students by investigating privately and research the effects of different media by using communication and pedagogy and psychology. The above mentioned methods will take full advantages of the effects of the common media and avoid disadvantage. So it will effect positive education significantly. It is significant to know the developing characteristic and rules of the ethos condition of high school student under the information explosived period. For taking advantages of the educational function of the media ,we must strenthen the legal and technical control by the government which is considered the key point of the common media .So that we can strengthen and improve the ethos education by improving the information quality of the teachers and students.
