| Based on professional organization, through lifelong professional training, the professional development of teachers is professional growth process that teachers can acquire educational professional knowledge and skills, implement professional autonomy, represent professional ethics, improve their own teaching quality gradually and become a good specialized educator. The professional development of teacher is the inevitably request of the new curriculum reforms, at the same time, it is also the need of the teacher self-realization .In our country, the elementary education chemistry curriculum condensed the new education idea, thus set a higher request to the middle school chemistry teacher's professional development.On the background of analyzing chemistry new curriculum idea of middle school in this study, the writer explores the request of new curriculum idea on chemistry teacher's professional quality of middle school from the following aspects: education idea, specialized knowledge, professional ability and professional spirits. Then taking some chemistry teachers of Nanchang middle school, it understands and analyzes the present situation of chemistry teacher's professional development in middle school through questionnaire research and individual interview. Finally, it puts forward the countermeasures which promoting the chemistry teacher's professional development of middle school from the three perspectives: government, education institution and individual teacher.The writer hopes that the paper can make more chemistry teachers of middle school understand the overall development level of their own professional team, know the requirement of their own professional development, raise the awareness of professional development and set individually professional development plan so as to obtain further development. |
