Olympic Culture Development From The View Of Cultural Pluralism

The Modern Olympic Movement have gone through over one hundred years, have got general participation and support from countries all over the world, already become an international social culture movement that of largest members, most excellent contents and most extensive influence in the history of mankind. The Olympic Movement can make so attracting global phenomenon, benefiting from its compatibility and respect to plural culture to a great extent. However, the course of Olympic with pluralistic culture is quite long. The development has going through over one hundred years, western culture remains take an absolute leading factor in Olympic culture. The Olympic Movement's global development at full speed objectively demands to accelerate the pluralistic process of Olympic culture. At the same time, because" globalization" and "culture pluralism" are newer propositions, there are still little study on pluralistic of Olympic culture in era of globalization at present. The question is not only concerning the survival and development of the Olympic Movement in globalization era, but also concerning the survival and development of non-western nations'traditional sports.The article studies the Olympic cultural pluralism using the study methods of document, expert's interview and logic,from the view of cultural pluralism.
