Analyse The Developmental Model Of Student-work Should Be Based On Humanity

The college student-working model is one of the most important contents in high education.It maintains the normal teaching method, and is the foundation work of ensureing the healthy growth of students. This dissertation regard the management of student-work in high education as researching object and researching. Firstly, It briefly reviewed the historical change and development of the student-working model in high education, and summarized the main features during the evolution. Secondly, it analysised problems which exist in the model of student work, and comparied differences of the student-working model among the colleges of the mainland of China, the colleges of the United States and the colleges of Hong Kong. It summed up issuses what we can learn from them.Finally, lt maintained that the student-working model should tentend to the'human-oriented development', through disscussing the necessity that the student-working model in high education should be based on humanity. Furthermore this paper disscussed the operation mode about the developmental model of student-work should be based on humanity,and briefly explored its context.
