Nagetive Effects Of The Ideological And Political Work On College Students From The Perspective Of People-oriented Management

College students’ ideological and political work exerts a great influence on college students’ growth and development. During the university teaching activities, it plays an important role in educating, guiding and managing students. However, in the context of the development of the times and the social environment changes, there seems to appear some malfunction of the college students’ ideological and political work by its negative effects--the deviation between the effect and the goal of education. People-oriented Management principle provides a new idea for college students’ ideological and political work in that the two are all endowed with commonality of practice, the unity of target, the similarity of object and complementarity of means etc.. In accordance with the cross-disciplinary between People-oriented Management principle and college students’ ideological and political education, this paper concentrates on the times and social significance of university’s mission to educate and cultivate students.Based on the status quos of college students’ ideological and political education and the theory of People-oriented Management, this paper tries to impersonally explore the negative efforts from four aspects:the negligence of individual developmental needs, the lack of humanistic care during the rigid management, the lack of centripetal force in organizational culture and the unsustainability of management team.In the end, from the perspective of People-oriented Management, this paper puts forward four solutions on the problems respectively:first, to stimulate individual potentials to explore students’ modes of self-realization; second, to establish a professional and open management team; third, to make full use of functions of cultural integration and environmental molding; fourth, to set up an integrated benefit coordinative management model.
