A Case Study On Launching Folk Games Of Children In A Kindergarten Of Changchun

Traditional children's games have being fading out of people's view due to the development of the industrialization and modernization of the society. However, its educational and cultural value has gradually been realized and it begun to return to children's life. This thesis, take the case of a children's garden in Chang chun, to study the application of traditional children's games.The author summarized the eighteen traditional games practiced in the garden in such aspects as the material used, games'rule and games'value, etc., and come to the conclusion that the difficultness has been reduced and functions more concentrated, and most are sports games.Finally,the article discussed the reasons why the kindergarten successfully launched the folk games of children from four aspects:This thesis analyzes the reasons for the success of this children's garden in four aspects:1. the managers has paid great attention to the traditional games and had proper arrangement of the schedule, place and materials, and adopted various ways and proper sequence in carrying out the games.2. the teachers has improved the games and created a free game environment.3. the active participation enthusiasm of the children.4. the support of the parents.
