At present,the overall situation of myopia in children and adolescents in China is serious,and the state attaches great importance to the eyesight health of children and adolescents.Folk traditional active games are an important part of Chinese traditional culture.They are rich in content,diverse in form,interesting,healthy and so on,can adapt to children's physical and mental development law,in line with the new era of quality-oriented education on the school sports reform requirements.This study selected associated with exercise dynamic vision of traditional folk games,activity,and combining with dynamic visual mark into the primary school physical education and health course,aims to active classroom atmosphere,improve the efficiency of classroom teaching,make the second grade children improve motor skills at the same time,the level of scientific and reasonable to improve the dynamic vision,thus improving the static vision,to achieve the goal of the myopia prevention and control.This study mainly adopts the research methods of literature,interview,experiment,mathematical statistics and other research methods.Experimental methods: 30 children in two nature classes of grade 2 of Dai Cheng experimental primary school in gusu district of suzhou were selected as the experimental subjects.The experimental group adopted the traditional folk active game teaching method in physical education classroom,while the control group adopted the conventional teaching method in physical education classroom.The experimental intervention was conducted for 16 weeks for the two groups of subjects.The dynamic and static visual acuity of the subjects was measured by XP.14-TD-J905 dynamic visual acuity detector and standard logarithmic visual acuity chart,and the measured data were statistically analyzed by Excel2013 and SPSS22.0.Results :(1)After experimental intervention,there were significant differences in dynamic and static visual acuity between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.05),and there were significant differences in dynamicvisual acuity(P<0.01).The dynamic visual acuity and static visual acuity of the experimental group were significantly improved(P<0.01).There was no significant difference between the dynamic visual acuity and the static visual acuity in the control group(P>0.05).(2)Dynamic visual acuity is correlated with static visual acuity(r=0.349,P<0.05)and consistent with static visual acuity(P<0.05).Static visual acuity can be predicted through dynamic visual acuity,and the improvement of dynamic visual acuity can positively improve static visual acuity.Conclusions:(1)In the teaching of physical education and health courses for children in the second grade of primary school,incorporating folk traditional active games related to the exercise of dynamic vision can effectively reduce the myopia rate of children in the second grade,so as to achieve the purpose of prevention and control of myopia.(2)In the teaching of physical education and health courses for children in the second grade of primary school,the folk traditional active games related to the exercise of dynamic vision can effectively improve the dynamic vision and static vision of children in the second grade.(3)The dynamic visual acuity of children in the second grade of primary school tends to be consistent with and positively correlated with the change of static visual acuity.The application of dynamic visual acuity can predict the static visual acuity of children,and the improvement of dynamic visual acuity through folk traditional active games can positively improve the static visual acuity.(4)In this study,the regular teaching mode of physical education and health in primary school has certain influence on improving the dynamic and static vision of children in grade two,but it is not significant.
