The concept is the important component of the mathematics knowledge. Famous mathematician Hua Luogeng has ever said: " the learning process of mathematics is constantly setting up the course of different mathematics concepts ". How to let students understand correctly the mathematics concept is one of the teacher's main teaching tasks. Through the teaching of mathematical concepts can reflect the good mathematics teacher quality. The equation concept is one of the important mathematics concepts, teacher's constant understanding course to the equation concept, form the conception of the equation concept for a long time. In order to improve the teaching level of teacher's mathematics concept, the conception of the equation concept to the teacher seems very important when being studied.This research mainly adopts research approaches such as literature, questionnaire and investigation, interview, phenomenongraphy, etc. combinates quantitative and qualitative analysis of the method and exposits a mathematical of the concept of duality, concept definition and concept images and teacher knowledge model. On the basis that these relevant theories described, have carried on research to the conception of teacher's equation concept. First discuss the two traditional modes of teaching and learning, experiential learning and applying theories, Study of the teachers at the school to study the concept of the equation and the learning experience for teachers equation of the concept of the impact of concepts.The results show that the concept of the equation of teachers and pre-service teachers are not fully understood. The teacher at the school has already formed one's own conception, a central example -- as a prototype equation concept. The teacher regards teaching of the equation as a kind of procedural learning process rather than putting focal points on the key thought of the equation. The core thinking and acting mathematical concept in middle school and high school is very important. Because the core idea of learning to the development of the application of mathematical ability, This generation capacity and understanding of basic math concepts are not separated.
