The creation is the genuine power which the humanity progresses. Regardless of the material civilization or the spiritual civilization, the science development or the progress of the society, it is impossible unless invention or creation. In modern society, if a country want to stand erect forest of the world nationality, you must dare to innovate genially to the creation creative talented person. So it is essential to raise the students'creativity for the development of the society."Full-time Compulsory education Music Curriculum Standard" pointed out that, "The creation is the basic power of artistic and even the entire society historical development, and it is the importantly show of the artistic educational function and value . The music creation fills the charm for its intense and the clear individuality characteristic. In the music class, the spirited music appreciation, the performance and creation, which can activate student's performance desire and the creative impulse, and can unfolds their individuality and creation ability in the initiative participation, so their imagination and creative thought can obtain to display."To bring up the music creation, firstly,we must bring up the students'creation consciousness, the creation individuality and the creation interests and so on. In order to encourage the students dare to create,we must give the students some efficacious situation and construct harmonious teaching atmosphere for them. Meanwhile, to give some essential music elementary knowledge is the premise of educating music creation,and to have varied creational activity is the important way to enhance the students'ingenuity.The music education show that the students must to invest the music creation as far as possible, and they can feel the exploration and the discovery through the creation. So I begin to research from three aspects,which is the feeling and appreciation, performance and creation.The appraise is an important segment in the teaching process. Although, the appraise certainly can not directly cause the student to have the creativity, it may promote or suppress the development of the students'creativity. As the distinctive individual creativity,so elementary student must follow distinctive quality, therefore the music creativity appraisal must follow some principles which is openness, process, development and comprehension. We must use all kinds of education strength to get to the aim that "giving a education suits to children".Some reasons can effect the elementary students'music creativity,such as teachers, teaching material as well as social environment. Moreover, in order to give a accurate appraise,we must formulate an effective test standard for students'music creativity.
