As the most important part of the Chinese teaching reform, the reading teaching is fixed our eyes upon it in the nowadays of 21st Century. Many curriculum experts, the reading teaching researchers draw lessons from various course theories to inquire into the law of reading teaching, which makes the reading teaching reform rich and colorful.The Dissipation Structure Theory put forward by Belgium scientist Prigogine result in the far-reaching revolution in the field of system science .Also, it serves as the new theory weapon for our Chinese reading teaching reform. The author tries to probe the outlet of Chinese reading teaching in senior high school on the basic understanding of "Chinese Curriculum Criteria for Ordinary Senior High School" (Draft) by using "Dissipation Structure Theory" for reference.The whole paper consists of four parts: In the first part, we mainly make profound reflection on the current situation of reading and the abuses of traditional reading teaching. As one of the very important means of gaining intelligence and making our life perfect, reading , however, have been putting into an embarrassed situation now, no matter to the whole nation or to the middle school students. Even when we view reading teaching as the most important link of the whole Chinese teaching, for the follow of the tradition's sack, it is hard for the advance even if a single step. While in the second part, we take a full review of how is reading teaching reform and what kind of production it attained, apart from this, we give a further analysis about the problems it still remain unsolved. In the common effort of the teachers as far as the teaching staff, we achieve great in many aspects of the Chinese reading teaching. Still, under the shade of our success, we should not neglect is that, there are a few defections or even faults on theoretical approach and teaching practice. And in the following part three, we grasp the main points and basic opinions of Dissipation Structure Theory, and combine it with the Chinese reading teaching. Open system far from equilibrium affected by the dissipation Structure will turn from chaos to order, what proved by the Dissipation Structure Theory offers valuable hints on how to open form of classroom, teaching content and evaluation criterion in Chinese reading teaching, how to enlarge new teaching resources, how to carry out creative reading, conversational reading, and how to conduct and contract in the special teaching forms like thus in order to ensure the safely reality of the instructional objectives. Meanwhile, in the last but not the least part four, we try to use the main ideas of Dissipation Structure Theory into the specific execution in Chinese reading teaching in middle school, such as the use of "dialogize" in the communication of teachers and students in reading teaching, apply "fluctuate" to take the classroom under control, deal with "input information" to open up the means of reading materials, explore "open system" to advance the reading teaching reform and etc.
