The 'nondescript' phenomenon in reading teaching has been criticized by many people recently, it's really a urgent task for our Chinese educators to take into account the right way and paradigm for the reading teaching nowadays. In the paper, beginning with a philosophic concept order, we try to construct a new paradigm for the reading teaching.But it's a big challenge to introduce the order concept-a rather complex philosophic concept for itself- into the reading teaching. So we give a lot of words to concept of order in the first section, especially to introduce the related theory of a famous German economist and philosopher-Hayek. During this course, we summarized two main aspects of order: one is the valuable goal of order, that is harmony, balance, peace; andtheother one is the. forming, course, of. order, that, includes: forming. State(spontaneously), forming basis(rule) and forming way(cooperation).After analyzing on the order concept, the next and crucial step is to put it into practice. According to the characteristics of reading teaching, we use four sections to introduce the order theory into the reading teaching practice.In the first section, after a careful consideration on reality, we point out that the 'constituting theory' is the main reason for the chaos situation in reading teaching today, and therefore we get that 'forming' is essential in reading teaching. The reflection of this in the current reading teaching is: we are stressing the creation but opposing presumption; we are stressing connection but opposing isolation; we are stressing the process but opposing the result. Furthermore we try to put forward the concept that order can be formed through reading teaching: we try to discover, master and use the rules during reading teaching through dialog, cooperation and interaction between the teacher and students, on the basis of respecting the original, form the self- consciousness beyond the context, and then get the harmonious and perfectorder eventually. It's no doubt that 'forming' is the core for order, but how to form order is a practical step, so we try to give more words to this issue-how to form order in reading teaching -in the next sections.The second section-the rule order in reading teaching. In this section, we point out although the 'forming' is a spontaneous process, it has its own foundation and rule, it results from its factors obeying some certain rules. What we should stress here is that these rules are not a man-made results, but a spontaneous results during its development process, we just discover and use them. And according the essential attribute of Chinese reading, we discuss it from the three aspects in detail: logic rule, structure rule and temperament rule.The third section-the cooperation order in reading teaching. Abiding by the behavior rule is being carried out between the cooperation. So in this section we mainly discuss something about the cooperation way, something like imitating, talking, surmounting etc.The last section is 'value order of the reading teaching-harmony' , that is the ideal condition for this paper, namely realizing order in spirit and value, getting the quiet and harmony, existing in the world perfectly.
