About the property of language academics, more and more people incline toward the speech, and some scholars also call the Chinese teaching the speec-h teaching.The speech teaching is used to teach the students using language, in-cluding the most basic speech knowledge and speech training .Under the condition of curricular reform , the new curricular standard asksfor downplaying knowledge, and reducing training. As the carrier of the Chines-e teaching, I want to know whether the speech and the speech teaching of th-e textbook match the requests of the new curricular standard and the regulationof Chinese teaching. This text commences from the most basic contents—the s-peech knowledge and the speech training, combining the various ability targets of the new curricular standard, analyzing the merit and shortcomings of the s-peech knowledge and training in the text book and seeking after the reason w-hy the phenomenon comes out from theoretical background, the writing of thetextbook, the practical teaching etc.At last, I still research the solving strategies from the idea, teaching, teach-ing material, and point out to unify knowledge and training to the point " spe-ech".We should jump out the maze of post modern times, break up the vulgar practice, learn to research and innovate and set up the speech content..If we do like this, I think we'll make the speech knowledge and training more reas-onable.
