In ancient times,there was a saying that "a word can make a country prosperous,a word can make it lost".Today,there is a saying that "speech can change the fate,eloquence determines life".Good public speaking ability is a necessary condition for the talents needed by the current society.But people are not born with the ability to make speeches.The ability to make speeches is also acquired through study and practice.In school education,as a subject that carries the responsibility of improving students' ability to use Chinese language,Chinese naturally shoulders the responsibility of cultivating students' speech ability.The newly issued Chinese curriculum standards for ordinary senior high schools in2017 updated the basic concept of Chinese curriculum,emphasizing that it should take the cultivation and development of students' core qualities of Chinese as the starting point and foothold.Therefore,how to improve students' speech ability to promote the overall development of students' core qualities has become an important issue for language educators to think and explore seriously.In this paper,speaking in high school Chinese teaching to cultivate students the ability to study the concrete practice of the strategy,the ultimate goal is to powerful teaching by teachers,strengthen the attention of the students to improve their presentation skills,master the skills and methods,to the lifelong development of individuals and to lay a solid foundation to adapt to the social life in the future.This paper carries out the basic idea of combining theory with practice,focuses on the core issue of "cultivation of speech ability",and bases on the specific perspective of "teaching practice".First of all,from the research origin and significance of this topic as the research starting point,on the basis of the components of speech ability,specifically explained the teaching direction of improving students' speech ability in Chinese teaching,theimportance and significance of the cultivation of speech ability to students,as the theoretical support for the relevant teaching practice research.Secondly,by means of questionnaire,the first-line teachers and students of senior high schools in three regions and four campuses were investigated,and the basic problems existing in current actual teaching were summarized and the causes of these problems were concerned.Finally,combined with relevant theoretical basis and the present situation of teaching problem cause,for the carrier of Chinese teaching practice,classroom basis points,from the necessary link of Chinese teaching practice,teaching activities,teaching process and teaching evaluation system in three aspects for the cultivation of the students' speech ability to provide a viable and effective development mode,to the overall goals of developing middle school students' Chinese core literacy,for its future can better adapt to society to lay a solid foundation.
