The famous psychologist Norman once pointed out that, "It is really strange that we expected the student to study, but we seldom teach them to solve the question thought strategy actually". The study strategy is very important to make the students studying by themselves and highly effective studying. And good study strategy can make the teachers to improve teaching quality in the class, also it will build the solid foundation for later lifelong study of the students. The study strategy and the study strategy teaching instruction has already became to be the pop question for discussion of the current psychology and the pedagogy research, which have great significance of theory and practice.By the means of make a literature's analysis and a cases'analysis, the research of mathematics learning strategy is carried out. This paper's basic frame and main content are:The first part is a introduction of theory and practice research of the mathematics study strategy,which is the foundation of the paper.The second part gives the definition and the structure of the study strategy and the mathematics study strategy.The third part studies the cognition strategy of high middle school in mathematics.The forth part studying the macro-recognization strategy of high middle school in mathematics.The fifth part studies the resource management strategy of high middle school in mathematics.In third, forth and fifth part, it not only elaborated the cognition strategy, the macro-recognization strategy and the resource management strategy, but also proposed the corresponding teaching instruction according to student's special details. And the instruction is very concrete.The sixth part proposed the questions in the teaching of mathematics learning strategy.
