The education practice needs the technology to support. It is undisputable to utilizes the education-technology methods to serve for our education practice suitably. But once the technology making absolute and principle, the utilization of technology method becomes the primary standard in education practice, not the teachers utilize educational technique, but the education technology method is controlling teachers' education behavior, the technolism tendency has become by now the fact which educates practices must be vigilant.Technolism means the worship to the technology. Its performan in the education is that it tries to solve all the educational problems with the technolism methods that can be operated or controlled, attenuated the education question complexity. Its core attenuated the human' integrity and the complexity which exists in the education. Technolism often emphasized the education goal indeed qualitative and agreement to the goal. Under relatively simple goal eagerly anticipating in advance, teachers relies on individual or the education community since long ago fundamental research and the practice trying to find out the sequenced rule, the pattern, the method to achieve the established objectives. The appraisal standard direct whether achieves the goal suspension hook, but did not consider behavior goal whether conforms to the education ultimate value. In this process, pedagogical activity becomes one kind of technologizing practice, but not. one kind of creative practice in the education which uses the teacher'wisdom. On the surface the classroom is nimbly open, in fact it is seal, decided. Education technololism caused human's technololism in education,and become the slave of the technolism. The human loses its oneself directly in the pedagogical activity scene to take one special also independent individual consciousness, but became the control object the which is controlled education-technology, human oneself no longer exists as the goal.Technolism based on toolism by the goal orientation, not only treats the human as the tool, also trains the toolism person. In practice displays for the implementation orientation in the operation, entire education practice is completely patternizing, the mechanized activity, finally will cause in the appraisal orientation the standardization, will weigh student's all development with the mathematical quantification. To current technolism tendency surmounting, the most core is return our technolism practices to original state into the creative person's free practice, raises the integrity the human surmounted the tool person's value orientation, by surmounted the mathematical quantification,the standardized education appraisal to the human nature remarkable pursue.This article embarks from technolism connotation, mainly analysis technolism the performance in education practice and in the class management. In this foundation, proposes the basic way to surmount tecnolism. The paper mainly uses the text analytic method and the suitable nature research, not only carrying on the explanation and reconsidering to the predecessor massive research results, the teaching work, the outstanding teaching case, but simultaneously integrates the real reality education teaching scene as far as possible. In concrete pedagogical activity testimony technolism tendency, demonstration technolism question.Must explain, technolism is only one kind of tendency in current education practice. It did not mean the entire education teaching is technolism. Therefore, when elaboration technolism performance in education process, it only unfolds this kind of fact existence, but not sums up the all current education practice as technolism practice form.
