At the stage of compulsory education, reducing the differences between schools to boost its balanced development is the basic requirements of an equal education and harmonious society. The most effective way to achieve this goal is to set up "Standardized Schools". Of course, by Standardized Schools, we don't mean schools without any of their differences, individualities or features. We are initiators of building schools with inovations, and unique characteristics. We hope, by strengthening the construction of more qualified teachers, and the work of teaching and research, intensifying education reform, and raising the level of management, all the standardized schools can be in a well developing posture, full of vigor. In such schools all flowers are in bloom, colourful splendour appears.Any school can ascertain its development strategy and make sure of the level(s) to which it is going to get according to its financial capacity and manpower, the resources it can coordinate, the other schools around it, the development trend of education, .... Set a different target for a different stage, keep to it and it is sure to make it!...
