With the growth in diverse perspectives of educational theoretical research as well asthe increasing gap between education and psychology, educational theory is on the pathof divorcing from practice. However, around the stages of the May 4th Moment, there aredozens of educationists who demonstrated good mastery both in education andpsychology, they successfully endeavourer in educational practice for the ultimatecombination for education and social requirement. In addition, the psychology of learningwas the research topic at the stage that imposed high-profile influence on educationaltheory and practice.Therefore, this thesis takes the perspective of the psychology of learning to examinethe effect imposed on education by psychology. At the first place, this thesis argues thefeature of the psychology of learning at that period as these two aspects, translation turnedinto reviewing in theory and the avocations of experiment method shifted to plenty ofexperimented research in empirical research. It the inquires the roles that the psychologyof learning played through the four different of educational scientification as rudimentary,forming, booming and practicing. The author notes out that the psychology of learninggained development through the introduction of education into China, and then itpromoted the development of education on the issues of theoretical foundation andexperimented method. In conclusion, the author suggests that the educational researchshould have good understanding of the latest achievement in the researchers of educationshould have good understanding of the latest achievement in the research of thepsychology of learning. Furthermore, the author argues that by taking the examplesregarding to the three patterns of learning at current curriculum reform.
