Study On The Present Situation Of The Resources In Jumping Events In Track And Field And Its Management Of Athletics Sports In Fujian

Based on the methods of literature study, survey study, mathematical statistics, systematic, logic study, using related theory of the development relations to athletics sports resources. Investigation objects involved in the athletes, the trainers and the experts of the jumping events about track and field during the Fujian Province 13th session of games,To carry on the thorough analysis on the resources of supported development of the jumping events about track and field of athletics sports in Fujian.Theresults showed that: resources are the prerequisite and basis for all organizational survival and development .In the natural endowment of the jumping events of althletics sports, the natural environment resources are its superiority, but the humanities society resources system already has the superiority resources, simultaneously also has the inferiority resources. Inferiority resources, namely human resource, financial resource , technical resources, system resource, these play the hindrance role in development of the jumping events , so must take the reasonable regulative measure, and promote the inferiority resources optimization. According to current athletics sports'development tendency to marketization, socialization, industrialization, Choosing regulative countermeasures to unify government and the market that is best way that realizes the regulative inferiority resources, achieves the resources′optimum composition, finally finishes the long-enduring development.The research purpose is to provide the development theory for jumping events of track and field in Fujian setting up superiority status in the domestic again.
