The Multi-Dimension Analysis Of SRET Utility And The Development Of A Systematic Operating Mode And Tow Of Evaluating Standards

SRET is a main approach for student rating the effectiveness of teaching,and the SRET utility is regarded as the usefulness of that SRET results meet the demands of SRET objectives. Based on the definition of SRET and SRET utility, we analyzed the SRET utility in a multi-dimension, developed an integrated SRET operating system and two benchmarks of SRET for the outstanding performance assessment and the teaching question-examined.As we kwon, the SRET utility has different interprets, while being respectively used for managers, teachers or students. We described newly the contents of the SRET utility in eight dimensions, including for assessing teaching achievements, assessing leaning achievements, examining teaching questions, and so on.Based on the analysis of contents of the SRET utility in a multi-dimension, we developed an integrated SRET system for meeting different demands of universities, faculties, teachers and students, including a term-final SRET, for managing teachers, an incentive SRET for improving teaching effectiveness, a special SRET for administrating programs, a teaching question-examined SRET for enhancing teaching competence, a career growth and self-helped SRET for leaning achievement and a program-choice SRET mode. What's more, as a proposal, the main duty of SRET should set at departments of a university. Most works of SRET should been conducted by dean's office mainly to enhance the teaching quality.At the third part of this paper, we designed four kinds of questionnaires, based on primitive theoretical hypothesis. After the analysis of 309 students'questionnaires and 229 teachers'questionnaires returned back, two evaluation standards were framed for the outstanding performance assessment and the teaching question examination.
