Research On The Self-design Automation System For School Sports Management In Nantong Vocational Schools

This research work explores how to independently develop the software for sports management automation to adapt well to the development of the sports datamation according to the characteristics of physical education in the colleges and universities. The investigation discovers that P.E. courses in some of the colleges and universities still has not even gotten rid of the traditional management patterns, and therefore I utilize the VFP database platform to develop the software for the sports management so as to change the traditional pattern. The teachers' independent development has significant meanings to impel the improvement of gym courses in the colleges and universities. And it is the necessity of the scientization, systematization and standardization of the P.E.At present, some of the similar management software can be found in the network, but they are usually trial edition and the function is restricted. The Legal copy is also unable to completely satisfy the need of solving every kind of concrete questions of different schools. Also the price is expensive, maintenance is lag, and it is hard to promote. Once there is any problem, it is unable to provide prompt service. So this greatly affects the management effect, even causes the damage of management. The research proved that, only when the gym teachers in the universities directly devote themselves to the research according to the requirement and develop the relevant software, could the above contradiction be greatly alleviated.This research includes the development of the management of result, the sport meeting management, the students'extra checking attendance, the selection and arrangement of special course, physical test, teachers'scientific research management and so on. And it also leads the gym teachers to develop software of statistical management independently and prompt the level of management and service. The key point of this research is the realization of the independence and the conformity of the module. The development for the second time is permitted. It is simple and direct to operate, and the security is ensured. It also avoids some specialized knowledge which is too difficult to grasp. It closely revolves the work flow of the gym teachers so that it makes the regular work much more concise and effective. And it provides an accurate and highly effective platform for independent development of the sports management in colleges and universities.
