With the party and state attacking importance to education in the Tenth Five-Year period our education works, especially education informationiation, have made considerable progress. As a basis for science decision, educational management of the foundation and the public understand the situation of education, education fundamental data is playing an increasingly important role. However, basic data for educational management has many problems, such as collection means backward, inefficient and incomplete. it led to adversely effect on the scientific decision-making . educational administrative department at all levels and all schools at different levels have also been exploring ways and measures for improving education and management of data quality. To explore the sharing ideas for the basic data for educational management in Hunan province is of great practical significance.In this paper, the author made a systematic study by using Information administration learns, information economics, strategic management and other related theories, by adopting information analysis, systems analysis, data analysis methods on basic data for educational management and management issues of data sharing system. First, the system analyzed some theoretical and management of basis data, including project management, information technology project management, special education information technology project management concepts, characteristics and related development. Second, the system analyzed some main problems about the present situation of the basic data for educational management in our province education and management. Third it put forwards practical plans to share basis data. Finally, it put forwards specific measures and assessed the explored results of social and economic benefices.The target of this paper is to use of modern information technology to solve the data from the source, to find solutions to improve the efficiency of education management, to better support the sector and governments macro decision-making, to achieve"The strategy of developing the province by relying on education, to provide effective data.
