Research On The Current Situation And Development Strategy Of Physical Education In Jiangsu Independent College

In recent years,with the continuous improvement of the economy,science and technology,culture and the education level in Jiangsu province,the number of running schools and the quality of running schools in Jiangsu province have been continuously Improved.Physical education curriculum is a necessary foundation course for education,and has been a key course of promotion and development of colleges and universities.It plays an important role in enhancing students' physique,improving students' health,improving the quality of education in schools,and cultivating high-quality talents in all-round development of physical and mental health.This study using the literature material law,questionnaire investigation,expert interview and logical analysis,mathematical statistics and other research methods,independent college sports management system in Jiangsu province,the situation of physical education and sports courses,teachers,sports facilities and venues,investigate extracurricular sports activities,etc,a comprehensive understanding of independent colleges in Jiangsu province school sports development present situation,and put forward relevant development strategy,for independent college physical education teaching work to further improve to provide some reference data.It is of great significance to further explore the development status of physical education curriculum of independent colleges and to improve the teaching level of independent colleges as a whole,and to promote the sustainable development of independent colleges.Research conclusions are as follows: the management system of independent colleges in Jiangsu province school sports is given priority to with three-level management(courtyard department office),lack of systematism,standardization,institutionalization and scientific management;Independent college sports teachers in Jiangsu province on the whole present teachers strength weak,external high proportion of part-time teachers,through the level is low,the sex ratio imbalance,the phenomenon such as age structure is big;The lack of sports funds in the independent college of Jiangsu province,the lack of the attention of education departments and the leaders of the higher authorities,the lack of facilities in the stadium facilities,and the lack of openness to students;Independent colleges in Jiangsu province school sports curriculum still exists the phenomenon of colleges and universities curriculum based on matrix,the usual sports courses completed by maternal male body in colleges and universities teacher,physical education class deficiencies,obsolete teaching content,single teaching means,teaching method is relatively backward,the problem such as large number of in class teaching;Independent colleges in Jiangsu province extracurricular sports activities are mainly composed of after-school exercises,the organization form of extracurricular sports activities are mainly sports clubs,sports competitions and college sports training force three,lack of the guidance of special physical education teachers.
