Purpose: The rats are very likely caused histological and ultrastructural injury of skeletal muscle after a single acute exhaustive eccentric exercises. This essay is try to discuss about whether the LLLT will make effects and mechanism of the recovery acceleration on the histological and ultrastructural injury with the observation of serum CK, LDH, SOD,MDA of gastrocnemius muscle ,the morphometry and ulreastructurr of skeletal muscle. Method: Forty-eight adult male Sprague-Dawley rats are divided into groups at random: control group (n=6); the group of using LLLT after single acute exhaustive eccentric exercise and single bout acute treadmill exercise group. After a single acute exhaustive eccentric exercise, serum samples were taken separatingly at 0h,1d,3d,7d. We observed serum CK,LDH, SOD,MDA of gastrocnemius muscle ,the morphometry of skeletal muscle. We observed the ultrastructure of soleus muscle after the exercise and 7after exercise. Result: After a single acute exhaustive eccentric exercise in rats, the activity of serum CK,LDH were reached the top level ,then they got down later on . And on 7days, they were still higher then the control group. In LLLT group ,the activity of CK,LDH were got down fast and resumed on 7days. The activity of SOD of gastrocnemius muscle was increased after the exercise and the activity of MDA was creased. In LLLT group, the activity of SOD was creased and the MDA was increased. The rats are very likely caused histological and ultrastructural injury of skeletal muscle after a single acute exhaustive eccentric exercises, and the LLLT can benefit for decreasing skeletal muscle after the exercise. Conclusion: It can reduce the active of serum CK,LDH, increase the ability of antioxidation, accelerate the deduction of metabolism, benefit for decreasing skeletal muscle after the exercise.
