Learning sport skills and mastering it have played an important part in the field of sports, and they have also been focused by physical education and sport training. The definition of the information feedback in the process of the learning sport skill is that: the information relating to the performance got by the individual on implementing a kind of skill or after that (performance indicates: achievement and effective). The information feedback in learning sport skill is a key role according to the theory of the cybernetics and information. The accurate skill can not be obtained without the effective information feedback. Due to the super-addition feed back has been looked upon as the most effective and easy to change way to improve the sport skill learning (Sang, 1927). Thus in the past decades, people have become interested in the mode, time, and the procedure of the super-addition feed back. Whereas, in most cases, the result of feed back can be acquired by the learner without the transfer of exterior system. But the represent feed back cannot be obtained without exterior help. So the super-addition result feed back can be provided by the coach instead of the representative feed back.In the field of sports learning and controlling, many researches have been done by scholars on the aspect of the skill learning and implementing research. But in the historical research, the concept of the super-addition feed back can not be defined in the same way. The definition of the super-addition has been studied using the way of logical analyze by this article, and the super-addition can be defined as: external feed back information form which has the characteristic of controllable provided toward individual in the process of learning skills.Not only the match can be treated as a system but also the system can be seen in the learning sport skills according to cybernetic. And optimization can be achieved in learning skills through the information transfer, on time feed back,control and keep the balance of the skill learning system.The application of the information feed back in skill learning is very important, for the information feed back is the medium in implementing process.In this article 28 male students who come from the PE department of Dalian University have been divided into 4 groups ( 7 in each group). That is first group: 100% oral feed back ( high frequency oral feed back group), the second: 33% oral feed back ( low frequency oral feed back group),the third: 100% visual feed back group ( high frequency visual feed back group), the fourth: 33% visual feed back group ( low frequency visual feed back group). These object can not ask relevant questions toward each other, and all the skills must be learned in the process of experiment. Law of documents and materials, investigation, experimentation and statistic method have been used in this article. The effective of learning volleyball front serve has been studied using the different ways and different frequency representative feed back. Result shows that: 1, using the method of oral representative feed back to study sport skill is better than the low frequency learning method. And the difference is instinct. The research result is different from the assumption. 2, using the method of visual representative feed back, different frequency feed back being adapted to teach the learner the result is partially different from the assumption. 3, adapting the high frequency method to learn the skill, the results are not distinct different using the method of oral and visual. 4, adapting the low frequency method to learn the skill, the result by the visual is much better than oral method.
