College Women's Volleyball Elective Course Front Overhead Serve Teaching Experiment And Innovate

Frontal overhand serve is one of the basic skills of volleyball, it is the beginning of a game as well as an important means of attack. In the teaching of women's volleyball elective course, some common existed problems like girl's inferiority both in strenth and speed cause inadequancy of power basis needed in overhand serve and reduce success rate and stabiliy of serve. Which saps the students'enthusiasm and produces a lot of trouble to the volleyball course teaching.The author refered to documents concerned and books that required on syllabus of volleyball teaching, and consulted teachers and experts who specialized in volleyball teaching by questionnaire, also conducted a study through two rounds of teaching reach on how to enhence the students'ability of passing and digging. On the basis of experiments and survey, taking the rules and charcateristics of volleyball tactics into consideration, analyzing the factors that affecting the application ability of the students, referring to the advantages of traditional teaching, this essay studies how to enhance the application ability of the students, to make the students understand the rules of volleyball and master the basic skills in limited class hours.it studies how to make students have a better understanding of the rules Reach show that:By using the method of stopping suddenly or hitting the ball with the fist or the heel of the hand to shorten the hitting time, maximum force of hitting can be achieved in overhand serve..It is also proved that making force from the point of waist to strenthen muscle groups and twisting at the same time to accelerate arm speed could muximun the power of muscle and the speed of hitting and thus obtain the the best powerful hitting action and fastest serve, the new teaching method improved the student's success rate and stabliliy of serve.
