ObjectiveLoaded exercise could lead to the cell apoptosis. Apoptosis will change whether hormone decreases or not. Through following the trail of TAI and GAI after a chronic swimming training with big loads, this paper probes into the possible relationship between hormone and AI, moreover, the research analyses the mechanism that exercise influences AI.MethodsIn order to further characterize the influence of swimming training on apoptosis and its-associated factors, the scientific research carried out by changes of percent of exercise loading on swimming model of rats during the period of ten weeks. In this experiment, there were healthy male SD rats aged 6 weeks. Rats′weights in this investigation ranged from 180 to 220 g. Apoptotic index was estimated by adopting Tissue Chip combined with TUNEL staining technique. Immunohistochemical staining with specific anti-bodies was used for the positive rate of Bcl-2 and Bax protein in samples of nephritic tissue. After that quasi-quantitative analysis technique was applied to computer image analysis of all stained results. Finally, PEI was computed by MOD of the positive part staining, the area rate of positive expression and the percent of positive cells. Testosterone and Cortisol was mensurated via Radio-immunity assay, while Creatine kinase (CK) was measured by chromogenic regent of Cr and Blood Urea Nitrogen (BUN) by color developing agent of Diacetylmonoxime (DAM).Conventional statistical methods by SPSS software was applied to data analysis. One-Way ANOVA of Compare Mean was adopted in this investigation. T test was used between groups. Pearson method of Correlation Coefficients analyzed the relationship between AI and apoptosis-associated factors. Results TAI is different from GAI when the volume and intensity loading are all the same. TAI and GAI all changes accompanied by changes of the volume and intensity loading. In this study, there was a TAI increase of 38.3 percent and a GAI increase of 57.1 percent companied by increases in the intensity loading. However, there was a TAI rise of 91.3 percent and a GAI rise of 93.1 percent companied by increases in the volume loading. The expression of Bax and Bcl-2 protein is different concomitantly when the volume and/or intensity of chronic swimming training with a burden differ from one another.Chronic swimming training bearing a heavy burden can induce the decrease in Testosterone, the increase in Cortisol and the change of the ratio of T to C.BUN and CK change going with Chronic swimming training loading.ConclusionsResults showed that apoptosis of renal tubular and renal glomerulus owned such characters as follows:Chronic swimming training with big loads can induce apoptosis of renal tubular and renal glomerulus. The bigger volume and intensity loading, the higher AI. Changes of the volume and intensity exercise loading make different influence on TAI and GAI.Chronic swimming training with a burthen can induce apoptosis of renal tubular and renal glomerulus. Its-related proteins are the different Bcl-2 and Bax gene expression.Chronic swimming training bearing a heavy burden can induce the decrease in Testosterone, the increase in Cortisol and the change of the ratio of T to C. Excise-induced decrease of T has a close relationship with the increase of TAI and GAI.The increase of TAI accompanied by increases of the volume and/or intensity loading is in parallel with the decrease of T. The increase of GAI accompanied by increases of the volume loading and the decrease of T is dependent parallel, while there is little evidence demonstrating this proposition that the increase of GAI induced by increases of the intensity loading is relative to the decrease of T.Chronic swimming training loading can induce the increase of TAI and GAI. Changes of CK and BUN that are the concomitants of the exercise training are the factors adjusting subordinate to the decrease of T inducing apoptosis. It should be further argued why it shows different degree of positive expression of Bax and Bcl-2 protein in cells of renal tubular and renal glomerulus. In addition, it is about to be discussed in the future which one is the most important factor adjusting. In short, the decrease of T and the increase of CK and BUN induced by burdening rats with a load combined with swimming training are probably the important factors of the appearance of fatigue, the decline of fitness and a final drop in achievement.
