The Training Monitoring is the important sigh of the scientific method of training, training monitoring is the important method for controlling the training process for the trainer. The scientific method training monitoring is through the target of human physiology testing. The objectivity analysis is regarding on the load intensity training of personality on each athletes' efficiency, rationality and scientifically through year, month, week, day and period training. Through the improvement of ability of the athletes', keep on raise the training method, increase the aim at training method, to reach the improvement of the athletes' results. Training Monitoring is the source for research the improvement of the athletes' stamina, this is the main link of solving the combination training between scientifically and practically. Altitude Training as a specific method, was to be used by many other athletics. The effect of Altitude Training and the load intensity of the exercise is link to each other. Altitude Training is a kind of aerobic metabolism capacity training. Take the Altitude Training frequently, it can increase the effect of get red of lactic acid ability, at the same time, doing exercise under the condition of lack of oxygen, it can increase the stamina during the training effect, increase the ability of anaerobic threshold. Compare to the plain training, Altitude Training is much more easy to push the ability of body into extremely edge, and so this training is one kind of intensification training. And the need of endurance, the ability of aerobic metabolism, the ability to get rid of lactic acid on the kayak athletes, all of this results can increase through the Altitude Training. The world best Canoeing country also adopt this training method as a auxiliary instrumental, to increase the effect of athletic training.During the training of canoeing team for the 10th term competition in China, we have selected 10 kayak athletes from the country as a research object, combined with many literature information, research experiment method, focus on physiology controlling of the altitude training on canoeing, according to the conversion of all levels of intensity and monitoring them in turn before the competition. Gave a guide- line of physical indications to the trainer in time, the study will help the arrangement model of intensity training to trainer, increasing the athletic achievement during competition.Through the research during the training on the kayak athletes regarding on their morning pulse, hemoglobin, the maximum on take in the oxygen, blood lactic acid, blood urea, creatine kinase, testosterone and those certain physical controlling, to analysis the reaction of the body function and the load on the organism of the athletics during the altitude training given by the trainer, so that the trainer can adjust the training program in time, to increase the scientific method of altitude training. And also gave a reference on altitude training to the canoeing sports. Set a scientific method of altitude training guide-line according on the physical indications to the trainer. Through this test, there are some suggestion on the altitude training for the canoeing sport:1.Adopt the physically intensity guide-line as a altitude training method, this can improve the result of the kayak athletes, increase the ability of the athletes. This will helps on setting a scientific method training and arrange a reasonable training plan.2.During the altitude training, the heart beating will keep on fluctuated according to the intensity of training; compared to the plain training , the frequency of heart beating will clearly increase. This mean that the full oxygen environment on plain training can increase the pressure of oxygen in the body of the altitude training's athletes, decrease the excited of the nerve, slow down the frequency of heart beating, and also decrease the oxygen needed, gave a good effect to the body. This decreasing make the altitude training's athletes take advantage on the plain.3.After the endurance of air training, the loading of the blood lactic acid on athletes will reduces. It means that the ability of the athletes were increase., especially the improvement of the air resistance .This means that the oxygen training was effective. Suitable to any other athletes.4.The altitude training can refers to the fluctuates on the concentration of hemoglobin, to make sure the intensity of training, the hemoglobin occurs twice peaks means the training has a fine effect.5.After a intensity of training, the percentage of pro, bid, uro increase, and the second morning, pro, bld almost back to normal, this mean it resume.Due to the un-systematic scientific method training, there are lack of model to refer to, and regarding to the altitude training, at present, still haven't get a approval conclusion, this research is just a beginning inquire into the specific of canoeing training and a guide-line of altitude training of Gansu kayak athletes, just to gave a evaluation, general brief and experiment test about the training plan, training method and training effect to the trainer in Gansu. Thus, it's hard to get exact conclusion.
