Purpose: Characteristic of change blood cell components, blood urea nitrogen (BUN) and creatine kinase (CK) professional football players of Hubei at the different match and training stages of China Premier League Match, and using the targets to appraise whose bodily function, and analyzing the effect of the changes of every target on supervision of fatigue, which provides experience and theoretical reference for physiology biochemistry monitoring in the future.Method: This research took 20 players of Hubei Wuhan Light Valley Professional Football Club as the research objects. According to China Premier League Match course divided whole test to four stages, initial period,recovery period,mid and late period and last period. When every test period end at the same day morning extracted player's venous blood to test blood cell components, BUN and CK at the different stages. Electrocardiogram that high-intensity training had been tested two times, which at the same day morning and after training.Results: The result of research shows that the League Match initial period compared with recovery period hemoglobin (HB),hemotocrite (HTC),mean corpuscular hemoglobin (MCH),mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration (MCHC),white small cell ratio (WSCR),CK have very significant changes (P<0.01), red blood cell (RBC),red blood cell volume histogram (RDW-CV),WLCR have significant changes (P<0.05); League Match mid and late period compared with recovery period HB,MCH,MCHC,BUN have very significant changes (P<0.01),mean corpuscular volume (MCV),white large cell ratio (WLCR),CK have significant changes (P<0.01); League Match late period compared with mid and late period RBC,HB,HCT,MCV have very significant changes (P<0.01), MCH,BUN,CK have significant changes (P<0.05); League Match late period compared with recovery period MCV,MCH,MCHC,RDW-CV,BUN,CK have very significant changes (P<0.01), RBC,HCT have significant changes (P<0.05); League Match late period compared with initial period HB,MCV,MCH,MCHC,RDW-CV,WSCR,WLCR,BUN have very significant changes (P<0.01), CK has significant changes (P<0.05) . Peaceful condition compared with after training of football players heart rate (HR),the time of RR, the time of QT have very significant changes (P<0.01). Conclusions: 1 High-intensity training and competition of League Match had incisive effect on blood cell components especially red blood cell and it's parameters of players. Players were suffering from fatigue at League Match initial and later period, especially at initial.2 Player's muscle fatigue is more obvious during the initial period of League Match. Players'body take energy material maybe have changed during the League Match later period, part of protein have been used advanced which cause BUN climbing. Players have been fit for the dense training and the competition intensity and burden limitedly, Which shows that how to make players to fit for the dense training and competition arrangement and keep bodily function to achieve the high level before the competition in the League Match later period, which should be solved by the coach and the scientific researchers in the future.3Long-term training and competition makes football players abnormal electrocardiogram changes very common in the heart of sinus bradycardia, sinus arrhythmia, left ventricular high voltage, right bundle branch block.
