Vast researches and facts have revealed that the ignorance of the trai- ning on the creativity of children before five years old may cause a harsh fall in their creativity. Therefore, the cultivating of innovation conscious- ness and creativity should be initiated since preschool education. Children are gifted with fantasy, curiosity and action, and they are fond of meter and body performance, which provides a golden opportunity for the culti- vation of potential creativity. Meanwhile, physical teaching provides an atmosphere of freedom, leisure and pleasure, which forms an essential approach for the training of creativity. With regard to the urgent demand of personnel in creativity training and after an elaborate investigation of the inadequacy in the present situation in this field, this thesis, focused on the problems in the training of creativity for children in preschool physic- cal teaching, aims to establish a theoretical framework of creative meter physical teaching for children as well as look into its practice from some case studies, which are carried out by documents, professional works, interviews, questionnaires, statistics, logical analysis and case study, foll- owing the rule of"Practice-Theory-Practice".Structure of this thesis:Part I Establishment of theoretical framework and the presentation of the concept of creative meter physical teaching for children.With regard to the malpractice in the present situation of preschool physical teaching on the respect of creative training, this thesis, based on related achievement of research home and abroad, tries to put forward the concept of meter physical teaching for children, pointing out that while developing in the challenge of common preschool physical teaching, this new approach will bring about an all-round innovation to the goals, con- tent, practice and evaluation criterion to preschool physical teaching. Based on the subjective and objective factors in creative meter sport teaching for children, the author tries to look into the theoretical found- ation of this new teaching from the respect of Karl Marx's theories on all-round development of human beings, theories on brains and multi- intelligent teaching theories, with the purpose of establishing preschool physical teaching theory combining"creativity-music-movement- comprehensive theme"into one united form, which is displayed by the principles and procedures during the course. Meanwhile, some specific and applicable methods and approaches to guide creative thinking, such as mental stimulating, creative puzzle-solving, property listing, dividing and combining method, enforcement combination method and Scamper.Part II Research on the practice of creative meter physical teaching for children.Activities carried out by the author include: almost one year experi- ment and research on creative meter physical teaching for children in five kindergartens in Jiangmen City, Guangdong Province, among which four are of the provincial first-class, and one is of municipal first-class; the coordination in a course designed on colored ribbon, a kind of light equi- pment, for a group of thirty children guided by two teachers in Jiangmen Kindergarten, one of the first-class kindergartens of Jiangmen City; etc.. After a series of activities, the author comes to realize that teachers, environment, and the support from the kindergartens are the necessary factors for the practice of this new teaching method, which is mainly carried out through physical teaching activities for early children; and the importance attached to the specific introducing method is fairly effective to stimulate interest among the children. The methods involved in the practice of creative early childhood meter physical teaching are question- ning and answering, attempting teaching method, situation teaching method and creative teaching method. Besides, the following factors can affect the teaching activities: evaluation criterion, teachers, parents'attitude, environment, quality of management of kindergartens and the children themselves. Meanwhile, the author also notices that there are some problems need solving in the practice of this new teaching approachConclusion:1. As a new type of teaching approach which centers on children, creative meter physical teaching for children is a vigorous, beneficial and ideal physical teaching pattern for the cultivation of creativity, which can not only make up the inadequacy of present teaching, but also improve the teaching level in this field.2. By putting both active music and comprehensive theme into phy- sical teaching, creative meter physical teaching greatly enriches the content of sports, which meets the trend of current international reform on childhood curriculum.3. Creative meter physical teaching for children sets up a bridge between the creative ideas from teachers and the cultivation of children's creativity, which also helps teachers end the separating state of applic- ation theory and operation patterns.4. Creative meter physical teaching can bring about vigorous interest among children, help them to master some most basic creative strategies, improve their creativity, develop their imagination, curiosity and the spirit of adventuring, and produces an atmosphere of leisure, freedom and democracy for children to study happily, to express their inner feelings by creative body movement so as to enjoy creative ideas as well as sports.5. It can be revealed from the practice of creative meter sport teaching that the training of creativity for teachers is an extremely urgent task.
