Physics Teaching And Training Students' Innovative Ability

After humans enter into a fresh era of knowledge-based economy whose center is the competition of personnel training, it is necessary to develop talents with creativity and capability.In the paper, the writer stresses that talents development depends on education which is the cradle for talents with creativity, discussing the hot subject that our society wants talents urgently.While training students'creativity, in education and teaching is not only the need of innovating new courses but the objective need of developing new era, the teachers, in physics education, develop students creativity by discovering pedagogy, questioning pedagogy and discussing pedagogy, taking the basic view of creativity as guide. The specific steps are: first, changing thoughts in education and teaching is a start to develop students'creativity; second, to train students'creative thoughts gradually at an angle of developing students'dispersing thinking and inverse thinking; third, to suit the instruction to the students'level in physics teaching. Pay more attention to developing individuality and forming creative atmosphere. Advocate students to question and pursue difference, encourage students to create new things, arouse students to interest in studying physics, and develop students'motives of creative study. Also develop students'creativity by cooperation and research and by learning from others'strong points with groups'wisdom. Through questionnaire survey and contrast analysis on the situation of developing students'creativity, meanwhile through contrast analysis on the students'study quality during the period of research, the writer got a conclusion that practice shows that everyone has creativity which can be increased by training. So teachers should acquire an outlook that everyone can be a talent to develop students'creative spirits and capabilities gradually in teaching and to represent students'positions of main body completely. In addition, through developing students'creativity and capability, we teachers can not only improve students'capabilities but also guide students'interest in studying physics and change their negatively learning into positively studying, which leads to the increase on scores. Under such circumstances, it is obvious that developing students'creativity gradually in teaching is the key point to train creative talents who can rise to the challenge in the future. And this is the hard and glorious responsibility teachers each should have.
