With the coming of the knowledge economy, western countries all think a strength of acountry's basically depends on the national creative level. On May 5th, 1998, Jiang Ze Mindefinitely put forwarding his speech on the a hundred years' school celebration of BeijingUniversity: We should train creative people. At the end of 1989, at the facing the 21th centuryeducational international discussing conference convened in Beijing, educational experts bothat home and abroad regard "active keeping forging ahead and creative spirit" as the necessaryquality of the 21th century. The new course /curriculum reform also regard training creativespirit as one adjusting course teaching aim. Therefore, we determined the training of creativepeople in the thought politics course as the topic of the paper theme. Creativity is a course in the heart, a complex and new product, and also a personalcharacter and quality. Creative people are those who have creative thought and creativecharacter. Creative mind includes creative thought, diverged thought, imaginative thought,criticize thought, distinguished thought and so on. Creative character includes: creativeintention/motive, creative feelings, creative consciousness, creative character and so on.Based on mental science, psychological science, educational science, creative science, livingscience, philosophy theory, we should create creative growing educational method, trainingcreative people in the teaching of thought politics course. What is called creative growing education is regarding students as the living bodies,based on living science, completely revealing the meaning of life, improving the value of life,excavating latent capacity of life, encouraging the internal motive of life, in the environmentof creative management and creative school, creative teachers train creative students bycreative growing educational teaching method. The nature of creative growing education ispraising and respecting persons' main part, fully develop persons' latent capacity---creativityin order to train person's creative ability. It includes creative consciousness and creative spirit,creative thought and creative character, creative ability and practical ability and so on whichwill all grow together, containing creative motive system, knowing system, personal systemand behavior system, and they all influence one another and interaction, forming an organicwhole of creative ability growing. Based on the characters of creative growing education and the rules of creative growingeducation: life the first principle, main body leading principle, seeking difference andadvantage principle, developing inquiring principle, democratic pleasure principle, successfulencouraging principle. Combined with the thought politics teaching, adopting encouraginginterest, inducing creative growing motive, create teaching situation, building creativegrowing soil, setting up the disputing stage, stuck in the creative sun, grasping method,forming the habit of creating, developing discussing studies, providing creative practices,building up course teaching evaluating system, praising creative students and so on in order totrain students' creativity.
