Tai Ji ball working aerobics is an arisen sports event by the body movement and Chinese traditional medicine. It combines aerobics and recreation with feasible music. Also its rhythm is obvious. With the methods of literature review,expert consultation,questionnaire,mathematical statistics,this paper designed the Tai Ji ball working aerobics. Based on the research this paper expected to provide a systemic Tai Ji ball working aerobics Based on the Tai Ji ball working aerobics the paper has designed, this paper made investigation. The health index and mental state index was investigated, tested and statistical analyzed and the conclusion is as follows:1. Tai Ji ball working aerobics is a sports that is taken between works. It combines body movements with Chinese traditional medicine. With the melody music , people take use of the balls for exercising.2. Following the systemic and full-scale principle,accurate principle,feasible burthen safe principle,gradual principle,recreational principle,We design the Tai Ji ball working aerobics. It emphasizes rubdown to the back of the body. The whole time is 2 minutes and 47 seconds with 4 parts : beginning/developing/top/finishing .Tai Ji ball working aerobics designed in the paper is scientific, reasonable, characteristic conspicuously with suitable difficulty and pertinence through expert survey and assessment.3. Tai Ji ball working aerobics designed in the paper is scientific, reasonable and effective. By the investigation it is proved that Tai Ji ball working aerobics can reduce chest circumference waist circumference, lose weight, reduce heart rate, strengthen abdomen and be benefit to heart and lungs function , balance ability and flexibility.Tai Ji ball working aerobics designed in this paper can reduce the sense of tense, angry, fatigue, depression, fluster of clients effectively, at the same time it can increase the sense of energy and self-respect and also be benefit to mentality of clients.
