The thesis is based on the research of education experiments and adopts the synthetical intervening methods of PE healthy and adolescence PE clubs. It also interviews and tracks the target people, trying to activate comprehensive factors to improve the psychological health level of all the students. The research shows that the synthetical intervening methods can improve the confidence, self-respect, emotions, persistence and social adaptation in the experimental group. It also indicates that the KAP research and the comprehensive quality of the health tests are also promoted in the experimental group. The enthusiasm and spirit has been improved greatly in the experimental group with the use of synthetical intervening methods. The results of qualitative analyses proves that PE and health education can not only help to educate and direct the students to master knowledge, get the health belief, form good health habits, but also can improve the students'psychological health conditions, especially in confidence, emotions, persistence and social adaptations. As a result of the research, the thesis suggests that the psychological problems of the students should be treated objectively, neither with exaggerations nor negligence of its importance. The theoretical and experimental research should be carried on with the idea of responsibility for students and society. Secondly, the synthetical intervening methods should pay attention to the individual and regional difference of the students. Thirdly, PE and health education reforms are engineering in series. It must cooperate with the training of teachers and other matching programs. Fourthly, the reforms in the middle school PE and health courses have great effect on cultivation of the national PE elicits systems, especially in the education methods and contents. The PE Normal Universities should know the reforms of the middle school timely and adopt themselves to the new forms. On the other hand, they should realize the"education back movement"and strengthen the professional education of the teachers. Fifthly, the research of the psychology and social index in the students'body qualities should be improved. And the psychological and social adaptation tests should be included into the research of the national body qualities of students.
