From the perspective of sociology, the research is to make a profound study on undergraduate student'political socialization. Based on the questionnaire of 600 undergraduate students in Huazhong University of Science & Technology, the article describes the undergraduate students'political socialization, probes into the influential factors, and attempts to make a theoretical explanation.Based on questionnaire, the research carries out univariate descriptive statistic analysis, disclose that the total results of the undergraduate students'political socialization of our country reflects that the large part of the undergraduate students is good. They have the correct political consciousness, active political attitude and mature behavior; but a small part of the youth's political consciousness is obscure. They are politically apathetic. When they are involved in political activities, their value orientation is more likely utilitarian, and their deeds do not square with their claimed political beliefs or principles.Bivariate correlation statistic analysis is performed to investigate those social, which have important influence on undergraduate student'political socialization. Grade, political component and mass media are verified as effective influence factors, while family background have little influence on undergraduate student'political socialization. And after being compared with the results of former studies, it analyzes the profound reasons from the perspective of sociology. At the same time, further discuss what the internet bring chance and challenge for undergraduate student'political socialization and validity of political socialization.
