Teacher job satisfaction is the work of teachers according to their evaluation criteria, the composition of the various tasks with an attitude or experience. Raising teacher job satisfaction and contributes to the physical and mental health of workers and improve working efficiency. History teachers in the study of job satisfaction, job satisfaction to expand the scope of the study and enrich the school management psychology research, but also to secondary education managers understand Tonglu history teacher job satisfaction, status and improve the management of the schools targeted and effective. Female teacher job satisfaction higher than male teachers, but the difference is not significant. 5. Township history teachers of Title dimensions slightly higher than urban teachers, other factors are lower than urban teachers. 6. Teachers economic income and job satisfaction generally proportionate. 7. History teacher job satisfaction age difference exists, has generally U-shaped, trend.On this basis, this study from the community, schools and history teacher three levels may be increased to a history teacher job satisfaction strategies, and this part of the conclusion of the study before forming a complete system, but may be more specific content to remain in the theoretical level, or with arguments attention to colors, but in any case is a positive attempt.
