Teacher's literacy directly affects the quality of teaching and the development of the students in class, and the future of teacher and school.Therefore, to explore the teacher quality requirements play a role in guiding history teachers and other teachersStudents are main part of the education and the class, The existence of teacher is because of students. The aim of teacher is to develop students. If teachers want to develop their own,they must consider the development of student. Students and teachers get along with each other from morning till evening. So the study of the quality of teacher must be rooted in the needs of the students. The promotion of quality of student should be based on the development of student. It's important to understand the development needs of students and the spiritual desire of students for the development of teacherThis article hopes to explore the professional literacy of middle school history teachers from the perspective of students to provide reference for the future development of history teachers and other subjects.And this article mainly discusses two problems: students need what kind of history teacher, students want to what kind of history teacher. The specific ideas are as follows: in the introduction, introduce some professional terms defined in this paper, the research methods and the significance of the study.
