Study On Incentive Mechanism Of Staff In AYSMS

With the coming of neo-economy era, human resource has been fundamentally strategic in national economy and social development. Nowadays the quality of talent is dependent on education, therefore the teachers have become a leading role in talents' training .So ,to prompt the teachers efficiently is something urgent and realistic. How to prompt the teachers efficiently in managing and prompting system will be a important project in school human resource improvement.The dissertation expatiated on prompting theory and its development. It also introduced the trend of applying prompting theory in American schools. Those researches provided an academic basic for designing prompting system for Anshan Yucai Senior Middle School. This dissertation is based on a great deal of literature and research, the author have discovered problems in salary and psychic and evaluational aspect. Focusing on the fact of Anshan Yucai Senior Middle School(AYSMS),based on applying the theory and reality related method, quantity and quality analysis method, based on analyse of duties and ability, analyse of salary influencing factor and job character ,analyse of principle and content designing psychic prompting, the author designed performance evaluation and salary and psychic prompting scheme for managerial teacher and working teacher manual worker.In order to assure the effective implementation of Anshan Yucai Senior Middle School's prompting system, the dissertation discussed the problems which should be adverted, idiographic measures and suggestions in case to ensuring the effective implementation of prompting system for the school from five aspects which is sharing of responsibility,openess and fairness of procedure, establishment of canonical prompting system, attention of communication and propaganda, realization of work.
