Chinese teaching is always denounced by the society criticism, not need to mention it of the low-qualified school. Nowadays, chasing the resource of the high quality of Chinese teaching makes the low-qualified school stands in a dangerous situation. The developing of the society also asks the low-qualified school to improve itself. To make the low-qualified school stronger except the support by the government, the more important thing is to improve the quality of the education. We must see the disparity of the student resource between the high-qualified school and the low-qualified school. Teachers must be fully respect the diversity of students, according to students' own characteristics and abilities to find a suitable language teaching strategy to improve the quality of language teaching. This disquisition through the material researching, practice researching and experiment researching, to summarize the more effective teaching strategies of the Chinese teaching of the low-qualified school. The disquisition is not only through the education conception to summarize the correct conception of the students' main body, but also carry through the successful education, frustration education and developing the teaching philosophy strategy of students' interest in learning and so on. It also summarizes the specific Chinese teaching strategies: to solidify the foundation of the knowledge of students, create Chinese language knowledge system, do structured reading training and cooperative composition education way. It uses for reference and gets some elicitation to help the low-qualified school to improve their quality of Chinese teaching.
