Secondary vocational and technical schools(hereinafter referred to as“secondary vocational schools”)“double-qualified” teachers are the main force of secondary vocational education,which is the key factor to improve the quality of education and enhance the students' employ-abilities.Since 11 th Five-Year,with the attention of the Guangdong provincial government,the Guangdong education department and other related departments,the construction of “double-qualified”teachers in secondary vocational schools in Guangdong has achieved fruitful results.The “double-qualified” teachers scale has been steadily increasing,the structure has been optimized gradually,and the overall quality of teachers has been improved.However,at present,the problem of “skilled worker shortage” in the Pearl River Delta region is still grim,and the application of skilled talents is still in short supply,and there is still structural contradiction between talent supply and market demand,the important reason for this situation is that the supply of “double-qualified” teachers is still in short supply.It is very important to establish a “double-qualified” teachers in the secondary vocational schools with a large number,high quality,reasonable structure and strong quality in our country.Therefore,it is urgent and practical to find out the current situation of the development of secondary vocational schools' teachers and to find out the factors that restrict the development of teachers' “double-qualified”,and to form the concrete suggestions to effectively promote the construction of the“double-qualified” teachers' team.This study takes full-time teachers from four secondary vocational schools in Guangdong as the research object,and takes literature,questionnaire and interview as research methods.Following the whole train of thought of problems,causes and countermeasures,carrying out the following research according to the theoretical basis,asking questions,analyzing the causes and exploring the logical structure of countermeasures.The first chapter is the introduction.From the historical development of secondary vocational schools' teachers and the perspective of secondary vocationaleducation supply side reform,the research background is analyzed,and the significance,ideas,methods and innovation points of the research are summarized.The second chapter is a summary of domestic and foreign researches.This paper collated the construction of “double-qualified” teachers in secondary vocational schools in Germany,Switzerland,Australia and Japan.From the concept of“double-qualified” teachers,the present situation of the construction of the“double-qualified” teachers' team,the existing problems,the causes and the promotion strategy,the research on the construction of “double-qualified” teachers in secondary vocational schools in China is summarized.It also summarizes the characteristics and deficiencies of the research both at home and abroad,and points out the direction of breakthroughs.The third chapter is related to the concept and theoretical basis.This paper defines the concept of secondary vocational schools,“double-qualified” teachers,the construction of “double-qualified” teachers,the cooperation between schools and enterprises,the “double tutorial system” under the modern apprenticeship system.It also expounds the relevant theoretical foundations of teacher professionalization theory,lifelong learning theory and motivation theory.At the same time,it analyzes what problems exist in the three theoretical aspects of the construction of“double-qualified” teachers,and proposes solutions through these three theoretical guidelines.The fourth chapter is summing up the problem.From the 4 dimensions of the basic situation of the teachers,the construction of the “double-qualified” teachers,the training situation and the practical situation of the enterprises,the current situation of the construction of the“double-qualified”teachers in secondary vocational schools is investigated.And select the sample to carry out a questionnaire survey,make a detailed analysis and comparison of the results,and through interviews with the relevant leaders of the education department,the principal,the head of the enterprise and some teachers,to find out the existing problems in the construction of the“double-qualified” teachers.The fifth chapter is the cause of the analysis.The causes of problems in theconstruction of “double-qualified” teachers in secondary vocational schools are analyzed.The 6 aspects are mainly from the lack of the number of “double-qualified”teachers,the irrational structure of the “double-qualified” teachers,the unsound training system,the lack of close cooperation between school and enterprise,the imperfect construction mechanism and the poor consciousness of “double-qualified”development.The sixth chapter is the countermeasures and suggestions.On the basis of analyzing the reasons,the paper puts forward the countermeasures and ideas for solving the problems.Putting forward four countermeasures from the following aspects: government led,school implementation,teacher's implementation and close cooperation between schools and enterprises.The seventh chapter is the conclusion.The contents of this research are reviewed and summarized,and the shortcomings of the research are pointed out,and the research prospect is put forward.
