Basic education currently is putting curriculum reform in order to promote student's overall development morally,intelligently and physically. Education reforms are also the phenomena frequently taking place world-widely. Our educators are struggling to discuss and to practice on the basic education reform in China. What kind of people should we cultivate, and what concrete measure standards we have are the matter we discussed in this text.This article is composed of five parts. First foreword,it tells problems which exist in the teaching goal of educational process recently and the necessity of cultivating students'personality trait.The second part we discuss how many dimensions and what the purpose and significance in constructing the personality trait teaching goal.At all times and in all over the world, To solve these problems that many educationalists had many views. From Confucius's"habits come from personality"to Plato's"cultivate D.Phil",From seventeenth century"Gentleman education"to Yuan pei Cai's"cultivate free individuality"From Marx's"comprehensive development"to"education for all-around development"and so on. All of these slant reflect on cultivate personality has many importance.But in the modern education reform , Many teachers attention to perceive,sensibility,purpose,skill and so on .And ignore personality . If a teacher can consider personality , The students'personality will become higher. Personality traits different from personality. Personality include psychological personality,legal personality,moral personality and so on . Personality traits influence behavior . It direct to the behavior. The aim is very important to the modern education reform.The theory of personality trait is the sum concept in the range of psychics to express one's thinking mode,feeling expression and behavior character. Personality trait is the externalizing behavior. With the action by mental influence mechanism,it can distinctly show the external behavior change. As we know,it should not only teach students the essential knowledge which can help them survive in the life but also develop their mental. Bringing the theory of personality trait into pedagogy provide us a method exactly measure how much the level of psychological development varying,also it can give a goal system to teachers to follow. Afterwards while the teachers design how they teach,they can consciously concern cultivating and promoting students'healthy personality trait. The real purpose of education is to enable educatee to enlighten his ideal,moreover influence all his life.Thirdly,aiming at the problems we discussed above,we explore the foundation roots which lead to the problems recently. The fourth one, we analysis some influence factors in the implementation of personality trait teaching goal,what is also the attention that the teacher especially pay to. At last we probe the strategy how to promote the time effectiveness of personality trait teaching goal.The thesis has many differentia. Firstly, I sum up three parts about personality trait educational aim . So the teachers can design their personality trait educational aim . Moreover , personality trait's five parts and education reform three parts have complexity relationship . Through chart can show complexity relationship . At last, personality trait educational aim show many strategy. These strategy can help the teacher choose effective measures.
