At present, with the rapid development of the state's higher education, all colleges and universities more attention to the employment problem of graduates, hence almost every college has its own graduates management system. all of these management systems, almost all the sites exist in the form, and is only used to release employment information, management biographical notes of students, graduates of employment information, information and data maintenance, and other information. As the level of the employment rate of graduates by many uncertain factors, it is very difficult to statistics and analysis the employment rate , the graduates of universities of the management system of employment are not related to the contents of this area. This paper according to features of employment data of the previous graduates of the XinJiang Agricultural University, using least-squares fitting method, the index fitting, polynomial curve fitting, orthogonal polynomial regression and multivariate linear regression model for five model, from the model of error, residual, the algorithm complexity of the different perspective on the employment data for statistical analysis, through analysis and study the influence of various factors of mathematical model, explore a mathematical model to statistical and analysis the employment rate, and the adoption of the model to achieve the employment rate prediction, predict the outcome of the quality of this paper will be in the form of quality assessment to achieve detection, according to the quality assessment model of the characteristics of the residual, the average absolute error and the average error to adjust the size of parameters, and use the adjustment of parameters to readjust the predicted of results, to improve the accuracy of the prediction of the employment rate of graduates.
