Research On The Principal Characteristics Of The Body Form And Structure Of The Han Aging From 7 To 18 In Dalian City

The analysis on the present condition of their body form and structure, the rules of its changes and the differences of gender characteristics has great importance to give birth to healthy babies, provide children with the best possible heath care and education, which involves in the strategic issue of our country.The author analyses the height, weight, bust and their deriving indicators of the Han aging from 7 to 18 within the period from 1985 to 2005 in Dalian city and describes the group's characteristics of growth, the rules of change and the level of growth. He also points out the development tendency of the group on the whole. He finds out that:1, The group's growth of the body form and structure is in line with the fundamental rules of growth of the Chinese groups and the common indexes indicate the increasing tendency with the age increasing. The differences of gender within this group are obvious, showing that the indicators of males are higher than that of females generally2, QI, BMI and VI can show the growth tendency of the group. QI is not as accurate and obvious as BMI in indicating the period of sudden increase of growth, while the height has greater effect on BMI. The accuracy of BMI in valuating the special group needs further discussions. VI is not as accurate as QI and BMI, while it can be more accurate to point out the characteristics of special group.3, In 1985, the group behaves quite well in the level of growth and all the indicators of the group were higher than average of Liaoning Province and the State. In 1995, however, its advantage in growth were not as obvious as in 1985, some of the indicators of some group were even lower than the average of Liaoning Province. Till 2005, only the height and weight of the group kept increasing. The group's growth advantage tends to be disappear.4, The authors finds that during the period from 1985 to 2005, the height and weight group under research kept increasing, but showing the decreasing tendency in the increasing scope. The indicator of the bust had a very obvious decrease. The sudden increase of youthful growth shifted to an earlier time and the growth time extended.
