Research On The Ideological And Political Education Of College Students Under The Network Environment

With the wide use of the computer network technology, the Internet is increasingly becoming an important channel for college students in accessing to all kinds of knowledge and information, which has an extensive and profound impact in college students' learning, living and even their ideological concepts. Such effects are extremely complex, because there are not only positive impacts, but also negative ones that can't be ignored. As a result, Ideological and Political Education in colleges and universities is inevitably facing the problem of how to respond to the opportunities and challenges caused by these new technologies. So to strengthen the study on the effectiveness of Ideological and Political Education of college students under the Network environment is an important topic in the new era.It can be said that the network has not only become a means of ideological and political education, but has also been increasingly built as an important position. At the same time, Ideological and Political Education's theoretical researches on the network in colleges and universities are rising. But these researches and studies mostly focused on the ways and technologies, so further study is still required on Ideological and Political Education of college students under the Network environment.This paper firstly briefly discusses basic relative theories of Ideological and Political Education of college students under the Network environment, then analyzes the current status of college students' using network information and the advantages and disadvantages of Ideological and Political Education of college students under the Network environment as well as opportunities and challenges that the network brought to the Ideological and Political Education of college students in the method of SWOT. And on this basis, the author proposes to update the concepts of Ideological and Political Education, deepen the understandings and innovate the contents of Ideological and Political Education and improve educational methods. Besides, he also proposes to strengthen the building of the campus network, occupy the network position of Ideological and Political Education and integrate the education team to establish a high-quality one. What's more, it also needs to strengthen the moral network construction and perfect the network management system. Only in this way the effectiveness of Ideological and Political Education of college students under the network environment can be exactly improved.
