High School Ideological And Political Education Environment Optimization From The Perspective Of SWOT Analysis

High School Ideological and Political Education is carried out in a particular environment, the environment restricts the development of it. With the development of market-oriented economy and reform and opening-up, High School Ideological and Political Education external environment has changed, it brings opportunities to Ideological and Political Education and the formation and development of college students'ideological and political quality and moral character. However, this has also brought many threats to Ideological and Political Education and the formation and development of college students'ideological and political quality and moral character. Even though the internal environment has improved, and has certain strengths, there are still many weaknesses. In the seventeenth report, Comrade Hu Jintao said our Ideological and Political Education should be improved, we should mobilize all sectors of our society to make Ideological and moral education of young people better, create a favorable social environment for young people's healthy growth. So it is necessary to conduct a comprehensive and systematic analysis of the environment, in which Ideological and Political Education is carried out and college students'ideological and political quality and moral character is formed and developed, and to put forward feasible ways of environment optimization.To implement the environment optimization of High School Ideological and Political Education in a certain period, strategic management is indispensable to be adopted. SWOT analysis is a situation analysis, is based on a comprehensive consideration to the internal and external environment of corporations, carries out a systemic evaluation, and mates the measures, thus makes action strategies. Based on the Ideological and Political Education, Management and other related theories, this article will use the SWOT analysis to analysis the current complex environment, obtain four environmental optimization strategies and give corresponding optimization measures, and make a future outlook of High School Ideological and Political Education environmental problems in the process of building a harmonious socialist society.This paper consists of five chapters. The first chapter is mainly about the backgrounds of the study, significance and the present situation of the related researches, the deficiencies of present researches are pointed out, and the basic thinking and approach of the study are put forward; The second chapter mainly outlines theories involved in Management and the Ideological and Political Education, and analyses the significances of these theories; The third chapter analyses the current internal and external environment of High School Ideological and Political Education; The forth chapter is based on the SWOT analysis, four environmental optimization strategies(ST strategy, SO strategy, WT strategy and WO strategy) are obtained and corresponding optimization measures are given; The fifth chapter summarizes the main ideas about the article and make a future outlook of High School Ideological and Political Education environmental problems in the process of building a harmonious socialist society.
