Environment Factors Analysis And Optimization Of The Ideological And Political Education In The University

In order to recognize the impact of the environment on the ideological andpolitical education of the universities, this paper takes the education effect caused by theideological and political education environment in the universities as the object,combined with the characteristics of the ideological and political education, summarizesthe environmental “advantages”,“weaknesses”,“opportunities” and “threats” of theideological and political education and design the questionnaire based on researchvariables, and analyze the questionnaire sample characteristics and statistical analysis ofthe environment impact factors on ideological and political education, as well as thereliability and validity inspection. Then this paper uses factor analysis to classifyenvironment factors of ideological and political education; secondly, this paperconstructs the assumptions and applies structural equation modeling (SEM) to analyzethe relationship between the environmental factors and the educational effect ofideological and political education as well as the relationship between environmentalfactors; Finally, based on the verification results,this paper put forward the optimizationmeasures taking disadvantage into advantage adversely.
