through extensive literature search and integration,the Sexual Concept is defined as–- the views, attitudes and judges of individuals or groups to the various sexual phenomena of self, others and society (including sexual disorder, sexual trading, sexual orientation, sexual morality, sexual contacts, etc.), which are psychological factors of guiding their behavior. It includes three dimensions– cognitive way, emotional expression and behavior tendency.As a group affected by the sex culture both of traditional Chinese culture and western culture, college students'sexual attitudes and sexual morality have been impacted much more than before. Being lacking in well psychological and social preparation, those students have no idea about how to deal with it. Thus, sorts of problems on sex have occurred; being influenced by the sexual liberation and sexual freedom in the west, as well as Chinese traditional concept about sex, those students are likely to lose their ability of judging. Sex to college is a problem rather than joyfulness. During the process of the development of the youth, there are not only some common regulars, but also some particularity which effected by their education and knowledge. Therefore, this development represents the uniqueness of their sexual attitudes which is also influenced by various factors. This thesis aims to explore the sexual concept of the college students and its influencing factors, and to give some constructive suggestions on college sex education. This thesis uses case study of qualitative research to investigate the sex concept of college students and its influencing factors. In-depth interviews have been done with six full-time undergraduate college students in Chengdu. After the data coding, classification and analysis of the information collected from the interview, we come to the follow conclusion:1, College students'overall sexual concepts belong to moderate degree, and mostly have more rational sexual concepts. There are some obvious differences among them, such as the inconsistence between sexual concepts and sexual behavior, conformity and sub-group differences in the groups.2, Majority of college students think sex should connect with love.3, Most college students'permissiveness to premarital sexual behavior are high. Girls has no "Virgin Complex", but boys still have a certain degree of "virgin complex", while gradually becoming weak. As sexual psychology becoming riper, heterosexual lovers'permissiveness to the past sexual experiences of lovers are higher.4, College students having sexual experiences always think, because feel alienates or physical demand can not be met, and so on, improper sexual behaviors are excusable. College students having no sexual experiences have the negative attitude, particularly girls. At the same time, college students have more tolerance and recognition on boys having improper sexual behavior, who are boys experiencing sexual behavior.5, Gay college students obviously support the homosexual students. Most heterosexuals do not agree with homosexuality. For the origin of homosexuality, many gay college students due to family factors; and heterosexual college students are mostly attributable to the growth experiences and groups, few think it is physiological factors.6, Having a negative attitude towards cohabiting are almost girls. Boys believe that as long as mutual, cohabitation can be. 7, Boys or girls, all have attentions on abortion. They believe college students should avoid the occurrence.8, Most college students have rational sexual concepts on the one-night stand. Depending on circumstances, they have higher permissiveness to single college students, boys and others.9, About whoring and prostitution, which are two main trading phenomenon, the overwhelming majority of college students have a more neutral attitude, a very small number have absolute negative, critical attitude. All college students have negative sexual concept to the dual- sexual partners. Their sexual ethics remain are contracted by the traditional Chinese sexual ethics.10, The sexual concepts of college students are mainly influenced by the main and the environment. The main factors are the gender of college students, growing experiences, personality. Among the main factors, the growing experience is most important. The environmental factors include family, school, and social cultural, which balanced interact the college students'sexual concepts.
