Management Strategy Research On Middle School Violence

Teenagers are the future of a country, whether they grow healthily or not is directly related to the country's prosperity and strong. In recent years, school violence in our country is going up, it has already drawn common concern of various circles of society. The current campus violence exists generally in our country city and countryside elementary and middle schools, its harm is enormous, serious and it has disturbed the school normal teaching order, at the same time it brings the serious harm to student's physical and moral integrity. How to control school violence has become the hot question in the society. Strengthening this question's research to find the means of controlling and overcoming the phenomenon has been the extremely important practical significance. This article tries to analyze the reasons of campus violence from the family education, the school moral education; the cultural influence and student's personal factors. It is believed after the analysis, family education has the important influence to children's behavior; Next, school emphasizes intelligence but neglects morality, the moral education has caused the violence behavior; network negative influence is noticeable; At the same time, the middle school campus violence production have something with the influences of the same age community;The student's individual aspects also can cause it. The article gives some pieces of advice from school management, family education, society culture and individual to prevent and correct school violence. I hope they are helpful to solve the problem.
