At present, domestic scholars has carried out more researches about the relationship between personality and meta-cognition and found that there is an interdependence, but the current system is less to the relationship between creative personality and the meta-cognition. In addition, the relationship between meta-cognition and creative thinking, recent studies are limited to a small and middle school students for study, and lack of groups of college students. Therefore, this study selected college students as a target, from the empirical perspective to study the relationship between meta-cognition and creative personality, the relationship between meta-cognition and creative thinking.In this study, 324 Northwestern University sophomore students are selected as an object to the use of more mature domestic university students meta-cognitive ability scale, Williams Scale creativity tendency test and creative thinking tests. The results show that: (1) Meta-cognition and creative personality is not relevant ,but and creative thinking with a significantly positive correlation; (2) In the gender variable, male and female college students in the meta-cognition plan, monitor and recognition have no difference, but in the evaluation capacity, there is significant difference in boys than girls results; (3) In professional variables, the lecture, science, and art students in meta-cognition, creative personality and creative thinking, there are significant differences, the further post hoc test results show that in the meta-cognition and creative thinking, science students is to be optimal, in creative personality, arts students is the best; (4) Meta-cognition and creative thinking in the regression analysis, meta-cognition component of the creative thinking of the table are significant prediction.The above results of this study on the relationship can provide a reference for further meta-cognition, creative personality and creative thinking development in the theory and for training creative thinking of the different types of students.
