Creativity refers to the thinking quality of products based on a certain purpose, using all known information, to produce a novel, unique, social or personal value of the product. Creative thinking is an important aspect of creativity, and it is the core content of creative research. Creative thinking is not only an important characteristic of human beings, but also the psychological basis of individual creativity. Creative personality refers to the individual character, which has the function of promoting and ensuring the development of creativity and creative task. It is the individual psychological tendency which is realized by the individual in the creative activities. Therefore, creative personality is also called creative tendency, which is an important part of creativity.Middle school period is an important stage of creative development. According to the integrative approach to creativity, this paper studies the characteristics of creative thinking of middle school students. On the one hand, discussing the gender, grade development characteristics and development trend of creative thinking of middle school students. On the other hand, by studying the relationship between the three variables of creative thinking, creative personality and academic achievement of middle school students, the structural equation model was established. On the basis of empirical research on the development of students' creative thinking training education puts forward suggestions and countermeasures.In this study, 823 students from junior high school to senior middle school were studied,i n the speech part of the Torrance creative thinking test, and the Williams creative personality tendency test as the measuring tool, and collecting the study result of the research object, Tte conclusions drawn are as follows:(1)Creative thinking of middle school students in different dimensions of development is not balanced. Fluency is the highest, followed by flexibility, the unique level of development of the lowest. Middle school students' creative thinking in fluency, flexibility, uniqueness of the three dimensions of gender differences are not significant. There are significant grade differences in creative thinking of middle school students. Fluency, flexibility, uniqueness of the three dimensions of the development of the key period, the critical period are Junior 1 to Junior 2. In this stage, the level of creative thinking of middle school students is significantly increased. The uniqueness of the dimension in the Junior 3 of the low tide. Three dimensions of high school development stable.(2) The middle school students' creative personality is not balanced on the whole. From low to high in turn is adventure, challenge, imagination, curiosity. The gender main effect of creative personality is not significant. There is a gender difference in imagination, the imagination of girls is higher than that of boys. Creative personality of the grade main effect is significant, the performance of the Junior 3, Senior 1, Senior 2, Senior 3 is significantly lower than the Junior 1 and Junior 2. The interaction of grade and gender appeared in the curious dimension.(3) Creative thinking and creative personality, language achievement, mathematics achievement related significant. Creative personality and creative thinking, mathematics performance related significantly, and the language performance is not significant.(4)In t he influence of creative personality on academic achievement, creative thinking plays an intermediary role.
